ONE Fermentary & Taproom is a premium beverage destination in Minneapolis’ North Loop neighborhood. We craft small batch beers with a focus on unique fermentation processes and vessels. We serve our intriguing ales and lagers alongside a carefully curated selection of wines, craft cocktails, guest beers, and other interesting fermented beverages.

  • Greet and card all guests
  • ID guests to ensure all patrons drinking alcohol are 21 and over
  • Screening and speaking with all guests to ensure we are not allowing already intoxicated guests into ONE.
  • Be the first point of contact for all guests. Hand menus if needed and answer questions in order to ensure all guests are welcomed into ONE.

Required Hours

  • Fridays 5pm-11pm
  • Saturday 5pm-11pm
More hours will be available for events and during Twins games.
$15 per hour plus pre-shift meal.
