JOB DESCRIPTION
ONE Fermentary & Taproom is seeking a line cook capable of preparing our limited food menu for our brewpub guests while meeting presentation and timing standards, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked, well-organized work area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check and maintain cleanliness, quantity and quality of food
  • Daily preparation of food items
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Cleans and maintains the work station
  • Sweeping, mopping, taking out the trash, and washing dishes at the end of every shift
