Back by popular demand – we’re excited to continue a very unique series of Sunday Suppers with our friend Yia Vang of Union Kitchen, TPT’s Relish, and the newly announced Vinai.
Chef Yia, one of the Business Journal’s 2020 People to Watch, will be preparing an array of delicious food served in the Kamayan tradition at ONE Fermentary & Taproom over four dates in January and February. Kamayan dining is a communal-style Filipino feast that is traditionally served on a table covered in banana leaves and eaten with your hands (optional, but encouraged!).
Chef Yia’s spread will include Hmong sausage, tri-tip steak, whole fish, shrimp, BBQ pork, whole roasted chicken, sticky rice, noodles, roasted veggies, pickled cucumbers, fermented greens, and homemade hot sauces. Your ticket will also include one pint our house-made beers served with dinner.
Gratuity included. Additional beer, wine, and cocktails available at regular menu price.
Join us for a social hour at 5:00PM. Dinner served at 6:00PM.
